Interview
First applied online with resume and about 3 weeks later was contacted for initial phone interview. The phone interview was with Executive director of procurement and Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing. Next step was on site interview about 2 weeks later. It was set up at the headquarters in Wilmington NC. I met with 5 employees, 1 contracts director, 4 procurement members including the same directors had phone interview with previously.

Interview process is very structured and questions are broad. All questions are from a targeted selection handbook that they cannot deviate from very much. I met with 3 different people of various levels and they each asked me 3 questions from the handbook and took notes. Some of the questions overlapped.

It was a while back so not really remember all the details, but they were nice. Lack of systematic approach but a group of very hard working people, and I ended up to get the job, so it was all good.
