I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PPD (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interviewer did a great job of asking questions about the details of my resume and said that she strongly recommended that my resume be passed along to the hiring manager and that I should hear back about next steps in the next 3 to 4 days. She said that if there were any delays I would be hearing from her about them. 3 months went by before I heard anything about not being considered for the job.

Lots of behavior questions. Didn't get any technical questions although one interviewer did get into depth about purpose of experiments, future directions of project, why I chose to do certain experiments the way I did.
