PPD interview questions

The interview process was standard. Phone screen then two rounds of in person interviews followed by background check. The in person interviews were panel style with team members and managers.

They throw all sorts of ugly curve balls at you during your all day interview process - interruptions, cancelations, emergencies... It is super hard to get a feel for a company that seems determined to trick and lie to you on a day you already feel vulnerable. No one likes to interview - it is very stressful - yet they seem to enjoy making the process as painful as humanly possible.
