I applied online. I interviewed at PPD in Apr 2021
Interview
Did not reach back to me after the 2nd interview. When I sent an email to them asking when i'd hear back... no response. Disappointed in this company and how they handle the hiring/interview practice.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PPD in Sep 2021
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone call with her. She asked me what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work there. She asked me some questions about my CV. A week later she told me that the hiring managers would like to invite me for an interview. They called me three days after the interview to offer me the job. I would say the whole process took about a month.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PPD (Tampa, FL) in May 2021
Interview
Submitted application on company's website. After about three weeks, heard back from a recruiter asking if I'd like to move forward with the interview process; the earliest interview time they had available was about a week out. Had a phone interview and was told I sounded like a great candidate and they'd be following up within a few days to schedule another interview. After a week, reached out to ask for an update. I didn't hear back from recruiter for almost a month. When recruiter finally responded, I was informed they were no longer moving forward with filling that position. I was informed a similar position was available but I'd have to start the process all over again. By this time, I had already been offered another position.
