PPD interviews FAQs
Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
There were two interviewers, several questions about relevant experience/competence specifically about previous assays. It was not a difficult interview process compared with other pharma interviews, no STAR type questions. There were some general questions about strengths and weaknesses, also where you see yourself in 5 years.

Question 1
Describe an assay that you were familiar with in a previous job?
What would you consider your greatest strength?
Interview process was arranged very well, questions were relevant and well-structured. Interviewers took interest in answers and prompted better discussion. It is a good idea to also ask questions about the position and company overall. The team leader offered more insight during the interview which was a great way for me to be even more convinced I wanted to work with them.
