PPD interview questions

It is a three phase process. After you apply if selected you will be sent follow-up questions. If your answers qualify you will move on to phone screening with the in house recruiter. The recruiter then sends your answers along to the hiring manager team, If they select you, you then move on to two one hour face to face interviews (tele-web) with managers who manage the area you are applying to.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter. I applied online to the position and received a 'text message' asking for a phone interview about a week later. After discussing the salary for the role, I declined moving forward in the process. If they are not up front about the salary, definitely ask as one of your questions during the end of the interview.
