PPD interview questions

Short excel test (VLOOKUP's, sums if etc), followed by face-to-face chat with senior managers. Easy questions, more like an informal chat. Misleading job description. From hindsight it is obvious that the organisation is absolutely desperate to hire stuff as they are loosing people at the extraordinary rate.

Interview was similar for each person. Almost scripted. We reviewed situations experienced throughout my career. There were situations where multiple people and individuals interviewed. It took approx 3-4 hrs and everyone was pleasant
