I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PPD
Interview
The interview started with 2 unprepared interviewers whom didn't know what to ask. They pulled out their phone out and left the room during the interview to start a remote call with the HR manager. This call took about half an hour and then later the 2 interviewers returned, asked some questions and this took about an hour. A company to avoid to be honest, rude manner of interviewing, they were not prepared and were laughing at my CV and provided answers. I dodged a bullet here, glad we both decided we weren't a match! But what do you expect from a company that is handing out signing bonuses to lure people in.

Question 1
What is a difficult situation you encountered during your monitoring visits?
One phone screening with HR first. About two weeks later, one phone interview with hire manager for about one hour. Then following with one on-site interview about 3 hours.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PPD (Cambridge, East of England, England)
Interview
I applied online through LinkedIn. The process took 2+ weeks but I was contacted for the initial screening interview ( a phone call from HR) just 1 day off after my application which lasted around 35 minutes. I interviewed at PDP (Cambridge, UK).
Then, I received an email to attend an interview on site, following 2 tests of 30 minutes each, a Microsoft Word and Excel test separately. They provide you with a laptop to complete both tests and a blank sheet to take notes while completing the Excel test (to use just in case you need to make calculations or whatever). After that, a face to face interview, it was typical STAR/ behavioral questions. Lasted more than a hour and I was interviewed for 2 managers who were really friendly and profesional, open to answer any question I had, even they brought me a glass of water at the beginning of my interview. Despite failing Excel test and didn’t pass to the next round , HR contacted me providing good feedback regard to the overall impression of my interview which was really good but just the test stop me to continue advance in my application.
