I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PPD (Research Triangle Park, NC) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interviewed with three managers, similar questions for each. One on One setting. If you need babysitting this isn't the job for you. It's independent and you're responsible for asking for help when you need it. Great team work.
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at PPD (Austin, TX) in Dec 2018
Interview
I had to write an additional application at the front desk. I suggest arriving at least 15 minutes earlier than the actual interview time. Once you turn in your application, the front desk lady contacts the laboratory to let them know you are ready. There were three interviewers in the conference room. Each person asked about four to five questions. The questions were very basic ones that you can find from online. Questions are more of behavioral questions than technical questions. They were very friendly and nice. Easy interview.
