Initial call with HR, then with the hiring manager and then got called in for an in person interview. The interview went fine, although I wasn’t really impressed. The whole time HR was very communicative and responsive and said they would be in touch within a few days. Never heard from them again. I followed up twice with no response at all. I don’t think companies realize that as much as they are interviewing someone, the candidate is also interviewing the company to see if they want to work there. A bad recruiting experience not only turned me off from ever wanting to work there, but also ever recommending anyone to go work there. Candidates spend a lot of time preparing and taking time off, the least they could do is send a quick response either way, not just completely ghost you.

The interview process is quite good and easy. The questions are basic too. They value your time and hence stick to the scheduled time and processes without any delay. The HR is very humble.
