I was supposed to have a phone interview with HR. The never called, emailed me 3 hours later and said they were still recruiting and if I could talk tomorrow. Scheduled a interview and again never was called or emailed. I don't usually write reviews but that is unacceptable. I get that things happen but no apology, no valid reason, and was not informed either time. I can't waste my time like that I have a job I have to do.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PTC (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
PTC had several phone interviews with me, leading up to an on-site interview. The company flew me to its location in Atlanta, where I had a series of three or four interviews that spanned most of a day. The interviews with employees with whom I would be working went very well, and I was told midway through the day that I had made a good impression and likely would be receiving an offer. The final interview of the day started two hours late with no explanation for the delay. It was with a division director who was very casual and brusque. She did not seem to have any interest in interviewing me, and I later learned from another employee that she always had intended to fill this position from within. She never had a real intention to consider me, and this lengthy interview process and my trip all were a waste of my and PTC's time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you handle conflict between employees working under you?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PTC in Feb 2016
Interview
The recruiter which called was very nice and the interview was not too hard. She asked questions about experience etc. The interview was on the phone. I myself never applied, but I got a call from the recruiter so most of the questions related to my experience and my knowledge of the company and the job itself.
