Interview
Process was having 2 face to face interview rounds.both rounds includes basic question related to your technology stack, coding problems, questions related to project and puzzle solving. Interviews were 1 hour long and they focus more on optimization rather than just solving the problem

Interview
A recruiter from PTC Herzliya, Israel, reached me to arrange an interview with a hiring manager. The hiring manager was clear that the hiring process would take around 7-8 interviews (so it wouldn't be a one-person decision) in addition to homework that she sent me after the interview immediately. It took me one week to finish the whole homework. And I sent it before the deadline! They were impressed with my work as they said! And I took a long round of interviews with managers in Israel and the States, they all liked my work, and I had positive feedback every time! The HR called me and said: "I am happy that you will join us, but there is the last interview you need to do with the VP".
The interview with the VP was not professional! It was clear from the first minute that he is trying to fail me in every way possible! he did not ask me any questions related to User Experience. Instead, he was asking me mathematical questions and Geometry. I understand the role needed some engineering background, and I have that, but his questions were for engineers level! He was looking for any reason to fail me on purpose.
I can't forget this sentence that he said: "I studied electronics, what did you study for bachelor? Art?" and I replied: "Yes, and I have a master's degree in HCI"; then he said: "Yes, but you studied Art!"
Also, he had this type of racist coated questions like: "You studied in Germany? how did you fund yourself?"
I don't see that relevant question for a professional interview!
PTC wasted a month and a half of my time in their interview process, and just because of a hypocrite "VP" they did not get me the job offer!
So, in the end, it is a one-person decision, and all that process that they did is irrelevant.
