Palfinger interview questions

I had two interview rounds (first with HR, second was onsite with the hiring manager and HR), the second round was supposed to be the last one. They suggested to give a feedback in 2 weeks, which has never happened. I followed up with recruitment both via phone and email, never received a reply - it has been months at this point. I think it is the bare minimum to respect the candidates enough and send them at least a "copy-paste" email if they are not chosen. In addition, I had the impression the hiring manager has not read my CV before the interview, I had to walk him through it. Again, please respect the candidates and spend that 5 mins with reading through the CV in advance because I have dedicated time and effort to prepare for the interview (and assumingely other candidates as well).
