I had two interview rounds (first with HR, second was onsite with the hiring manager and HR), the second round was supposed to be the last one. They suggested to give a feedback in 2 weeks, which has never happened. I followed up with recruitment both via phone and email, never received a reply - it has been months at this point. I think it is the bare minimum to respect the candidates enough and send them at least a "copy-paste" email if they are not chosen.
In addition, I had the impression the hiring manager has not read my CV before the interview, I had to walk him through it. Again, please respect the candidates and spend that 5 mins with reading through the CV in advance because I have dedicated time and effort to prepare for the interview (and assumingely other candidates as well).

İ would recommend to be prepared well as corporate mindset. Managers are experienced and we'll kind and professional. My interview were also including full of smooth questioning without making me nervous because they were quite experienced about knowing characters.
