Panasonic interview questions

Normal ,call came from HR dept. And they asked about experience and all and then scheduled for interview. I think they picked up resume from job portals. Not much technical query was asked. As they needed normal person.

I was applying for Product Specialist in Newark, NJ. My interview was in Dec 2020. First there was a quick HR interview which I found to be simple and an audio-only phone call. After a few days, I was invited to a video interview with three employees/executives. First, they gave an excel test, then questions which were mixed behavioral and background. I did fine and was invited to a phone call, audio only, with someone else. That person seemed to harp on about certain concerns. He gave concerns about millennials. He said this position would require meeting whatever volume/pace they were expecting in order to stay past a few months, that they have let go of others for this, and it would require taking a long term approach to learning. I was not involved in the process from there.
