The whole process felt a little hostile. The interviewer was very condescending and critical right from the start of the interview, and seemed to be dismissive of Singaporean candidates, claiming that they are not "hungry" enough. (The interviewer was a Singaporean guy)

Interview
It was a simple telephonic interview with basic questions. The main thing they see is how well are you in communicating and expressing your ideas. Be confident and make them believe that you'll add something to their company.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Panasonic (Singapur) in Sep 2020
Interview
It was an online video interview with 2 interviewers. They talked to me about my past experiences and motivations, and told me about the expectations they had for the internship. My main issue with this interview was the attitude of the interviewers. I did not feel respected or valued. I agree that I am not very experienced in terms of experience and projects, but that does not give the company the right to be rude and condescending to me. Their tone was very patronizing, as if I was just a stupid college kid who they were doing a favor by talking to.
