Three rounds of interviews with people at different levels from the concerned departments. Departments involved were the HR department, Department head and the marketing director. It was conducted in a span of one week

> Entretien direct avec les manageurs, durée d'environ 2H.
> Cherchent à casser et déstabiliser le candidat. Pas de discussion et d'échanges de qualité.
> Entretien à sens unique => Les manageurs oublient aussi qu'un entretien sert aussi au candidat!
>Pas de rencontre RH, du coup le poste ne semblait pas très bien défini....
>Petit exercice pratique entre 2 produits à comparer => idée interessante de faire ça en entretien mais consignes floues de leur côté....

They make you pass through their process with an external recruitment company.
The process consisted in: reply to some questions about your life, hopes, fears, etc. once I sent that i was called for being a morning passing more tests: psychotechnical, language, personality and a personal interview (around 4-5h in total).
After that, I did the last interview in Panasonic offices where I met my boss.
