I had multiple interviews for similar positions, the experience varied on the Hiring Manager and I had completely different experiences with them. One was very rude, uninterested, very hard to communicate with and the other was just amazing and had a great discussion.

Girl in HR contacted me with interest. We had a great call then .. ghosted. Follow up, nothing. Finally passed saying not a match for role (incorrect). Complete fool. Shameful companies have such dim wits as gatekeepers. She is not qualified to clean my toilet yet wields this power over people. Company should take a look at HR - as usual it is full of unimpressive hacks who prevent really great people from helping company.

Interview
The process lasted over 2 months and had over 5 interviews. When I pushed for final decision, I was told that if I'm not willing to wait any longer, they cannot make me an offer. I gave up on that position, since it felt like a social experiment rather than a hiring process.
