PepsiCo Human Resources interview questions

Interviewed first rounds on campus. It was a very exploratory interview. I was invited back to the HQ for second rounds. You are interviewed by four different people. Two interviews are behavioral, one interview is a resume presentation, and the last interview is a situation analysis.

There were 4 rounds of 45 minute interviews. All of the questions were behaviorally based on leadership, communition skills, and interpersonal relations. There were no case studies or situational questions. They did not ask any questions pertaining to the actual business. Interviewers were recruiters and senior HR officers.
