There were no difficult questions, I studied the company, anticipated the normal questions and even those that were not so normal that other candidates had posted via Glassdoor...I 100% overthought my interview. When I arrived I had to fill out the application and consent to background/drug tests. The interview was great...he explained what the position consisted of and a little background of the company.
After the introductions, we jumped right in! The few questions that I can recall (paraphrased):
With as much experience and knowledge that you have, why this particular position?
How do you handle confidential information?
What made you decide on HRM as a major?
What type of work environment do you prefer?
Do you have experience working for an organization where your manager was not around (onsite)? What do you think about that?
I am excited about what Pepsi has to offer and was told that I should hear something in a week. The next phase would be to meet with the Zone Sales Manager and if that goes well, on-boarding and extensive training!
