The process took 4 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Oct 2007
Interview
The first interview was an on-campus interview. I went through the campus interview process, then an assessment test online. After passing the online test had a route ride job shadowing day to get a feel for the job. I was then was asked to visit the headquarters for a second round of interviews consisted of three 30-minute interviews in which I learned about different positions available within the Operations department to have another interview with a zone manager. This interview consisted of behavioral-based questions (like "How do you deal with conflict?" and "What is your greatest achievement?").
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Met at the college career fair and through that got an initial interview. After initial interview received a second interview a couple weeks later. This interview was easy with many questions about leadership and it ended up being my final interview. Great interview process not intimidating at all.

I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Springfield, MO) in Aug 2024
Interview
Very basic short phone interview, did not call at scheduled time and caught me during a run on a trail. There was a time zone difference by multiple hours causing confusion for the interviewer.
Pretty relaxed and laid back. It still consisted of multiple people conducting the interview. Was done through zoom and not in-person. Could be do to just finishing up Covid policies
