I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Plano, TX) in Sep 2024
Interview
I received an auto-generated email regarding the open position since I had applied to PepsiCo earlier. I applied online and received a followup email from the recruiter mentioning the candidate should be able to relocate from where they currently live without financial assistance.
Extremely unprofessional behavior by the recruiter.
I replied that I'm no longer interested in this position since I will not be able to relocate without assistance. He was insistent on trying to make my candidature work saying that a sign-on bonus can be added. He replied back saying I was a "top candidate" and that "we can find a way to do it". I agreed to meet with him sharing availability for following week.
All of that only to be ghosted by him and see my application status move to 'Not Moving Forward' in the jobs portal.
