PepsiCo interview questions

It was one round of interviews. Asked questions such as Why Pepsi? Walk me through your resume. 5 Scenario based questions with the STAR method involved. One of the examples was tell me about a time that you had to overcome a challenge.

HR reaches out to you (she had no idea about the role or what they were actually looking for), then you go through interviews with the hiring manager and an associate panel, but HR never contacts you for follow-up and leaves you waiting for weeks. They say it takes 3 to 4 weeks the process, but 8 weeks have already passed and I never found out what happened. The position is still active, yet they don’t say anything and their system was never updated.
