PepsiCo interview questions

The entire interview process only consisted of one round. The questions asked were all behavioral based. I answered using STAR method. I was called and given an offer two weeks later.

It was a short 25 minute interview with the manager and someone else on the team. There were a few general questions about reporting and other technical skills. The interviewer was very interested in my experience building dashboards and how I worked with others. I was given an offer on Friday afternoon and was pressured to accept by Monday. The offer was rescinded because I did not respond within less than one full business day. It was an unreasonable time frame to respond to a job offer.
