Very quick interview process. First interview was with the recruiter, friendly chat about the role and my background.
Around an hour later I received an email inviting me to an in-person interview at the office.
This involved a discussion about each element of my CV, followed by a series of formulaic questions which were to be scored using a points system. They were looking for STAR type answers, which I was able to give.
I received a freebie on the way out which was a sweet gesture.
I received an offer just after I got home from the interview. Again, this moved very fast and they started the process of getting the docs over to be signed.
Unfortunately I declined as the salary (25.5k GBP) was just too low compared to my previous roles and they weren’t able to compromise.
Despite not taking the role, interviewing was a positive experience.

Question 1
Lots of ‘name a time when’ questions, mostly relating to customers, stakeholders and positive outcomes/conflict resolution.
2 rounds. First round 30 minutes, second round 45 minutes with case question. Case was given 24 hours in advance, I created a mini powerpoint. 10-15 minutes on case, rest 30 minutes on interview.
