PepsiCo interview questions

Spoke to a recruiter. Was more formal than expected, she asked what I would consider “first interview” questions like “tell me about a time when” and questions about cases. Recorded and took notes. Afted, encouraged me to apply to the listing formally, which I did. She said the overall process would be another several rounds of interviews and cases, as well as a robust persobality assessment that pepsi does.

The interview was one round, and it was all behavioral questions. They first asked, "Tell me about yourself," but that was it. It was a short interview, and I got the offer email a few days after.
