Started with recruiter screen which took one hour, then behavior fit interviews with 2 people currently on the team, three case interviews with people currently on the team, and there was also an offline assessment that took half a day to complete.

Great process and easy to work through. They had different levels of interviews to help get to know the organization and if it will be a good cultural fit. Very organized overall however does take a long time in the process.
Round 1: Online Assessment (OA)
The first round was an online assessment that evaluated candidates on aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic programming concepts.
Round 2: Technical Interview
This round focused on both technical skills and problem-solving abilities. It included:
Project Discussion: Detailed questions about the candidate’s academic or personal projects.
Logical Puzzles: Two classic puzzles were asked:

Computer Science Fundamentals: Basic questions on core CS topics such as data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and databases.
Round 3: HR Interview
The final round was conducted by the hiring manager and focused more on behavioral aspects:
Personal Interests: Discussion on interests and career goals.
AI Discussion: A brief conversation about the interest in Artificial Intelligence, current trends, and future potential in the industry.
Behavioral Questions: Typical questions to assess soft skills, attitude, and cultural fit.
