I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Mississauga, ON) in Mar 2025
Interview
Great initial interactions with HR. Very organised, explained what role would work best based on my profile, what potential questions may come up and how to best position myself.
Actual interview with hiring manager was a complete opposite. Attend meeting where 2 hiring managers are in the call (1 for a role I didn’t even apply for), and right at the start sorry but we only have 30mins so will make this quick vs rescheduling. 30mins if rapid fire questions with 3mins at the end for me to ask questions. Whole time you are speaking can tell director is answering messages on teams and isn’t paying attention.
Complete lack of respect for my time and candidature given that the director would be my boss. Foodservice dept seems extremely disorganised. Messaged the recruiter the next day saying it wasn’t a good fit.

Question 1
Standard questions but every question they fully drill into it after you respond to gain more detail about what you specifically were responsible for each project you did.
The interview process typically consists of several stages, depending on the company and the position you're applying for. Here's a general breakdown of what you might expect:
1. Application & Screening
Application Submission: You submit your resume and cover letter online or in-person.
Initial Screening: A recruiter or hiring manager will review your resume and qualifications to see if you're a good fit for the role.
Thorough checks to see that I was the right candidate for the role. Excellent firm, I can't recommend them highly enough. Brilliant, not sure why you need so much info
