The interview consisted of only a few questions that were clearly provided by HR. The questions focused on leadership, experience, and analysis. The interviewer even tells you what each question is looking for and the questions have nothing to do with your education or experience in the relevant area. The interviewer also is not someone who works in the supply chain department and is generally unfamiliar with the tasks you would be assigned in the role.

Standard behavioural questions, nothing too fancy.

Interviewed for both bottling and foods on the same day, back to back.
Focus on leadership and experiences of time management, I think they look for soft skills more and do the training themselves.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Sep 2014
Interview
Talked to campus rep to express interest, on campus interview scheduled.
Interview consisted of two half hour sessions, each with two people. First half was supposed to be more technical, second more behavioral.
Both involved the standard questions about technical experience, describing situations and how you handled them. Have specific examples ready for both projects in groups and behavior!
Second half was much more about fit, my personality and I felt like I connected a bit more with recruiters.
I think my problem was stumbling for technical group project examples in the moment. Be sure to have some knowledge of the company and the positions. Heard back a few weeks later.
