they ask all the basic interview questions there is nothing special. they might ask you to sell them so random object on their desk. this position is usually promoted from within and they will want you to use p.e.p.s.i sell skills. chances are the person interviewing you has no experience in the job and has no clue

Interview
There was not much about the interview process due to seasonal issues. It was summer in Russia and it was a great opportunity for a regular student to earn some money during 2-3 months.
Basically, the scheme is very simple: you call-->you come--> you answer some questions -->if pass, start to work on next day.
