Started with a phone interview with one of their regional sales managers in UK.
Very informal chat regarding my previous sales experience, choice of university, and course. Further questions on my career motivations, overall an easy interview, no tough questions

Question 1
As mentioned, the chat was informal, and there were no real difficult questions
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Jun 2011
Interview
Recruiter phone interview, then 1:1 interview, then (4) 2-person panel interviews. Recruiter left much to be desired and nearly resulted in my declining the job due to the poor representation of the Company that they created, especially during the offer process. The Interviewers were highly professional and personable which helped to overcome the negative branding created by the Recruiter.

Question 1
"Do you really think after 10 years of working with another system at (x) company, you truly have the ability to come in and learn a new system?"
There is first an "over the phone" interview. Then there is an "in person" interview a few days later. Easy questions are asked. There is also a second interview that is followed by the hair drug test. Then you are called again for the job offer.
