PepsiCo interview questions

Met during career fair at university. After a long discussion, they seemed interested. I was later contacted by HR and had to go through multiplt rounds of interviews where I got to meet multiple people from HR to future direct managers... They focus a lot on Leadership during the interviews

A bit confusing at first. Had an information session at my school, then wanted people to sign up for interviews. The interview was really basic, but then they gave you a synopsis of what this position entails (long hours, probably won't move up fast, but eventually).
