Met at university Campus recruitment and sent resume and cover letter to HR personnel and Sales Manager directly. I did not apply online. Had a phone interview within a week, a in person interview the next day and a route ride shadow the next day. The whole interview progress was fairly quick, but took a very long time to get a response/update about things (~2 months).

Interview
First step is a general phone interview to "weed out" any obviously unfit candidates. Will usually be told at the end of phone interview if moving on to next step- in person interview. In person interview is usually in 2 parts: Meet for 30-45 minutes with 2 interviewers and then meet with 2 different interviewers for another 30-45 minutes. Questions range from explaining your previous work roles to "Do you treat leadership different than you treat your peers" to "What motivates you".
