PepsiCo interview questions

Recruited on campus, had presence at most of the career fairs. The interview was also on campus. Two people interviewed me (it seemed like they were "new" to interviewing) and asked behavioral type questions from a standard question sheet. They spent most the interview looking down while taking notes on my answers––not a bad thing but kind of weird to copy every word I said.
