PepsiCo interview questions

Applied online and received an invitation to interview in person within a week or two. Scheduled an interview through an email that was sent direct to me. Showed up for the interview fifteen minutes prior to start time as the email recommended. To my surprise, they were holding "career day" interviews with multiple people waiting in a conference room for their name to be called to speak with a company representative. I waited more than a half an hour for my name to be called and proceeded to follow an employee to their office. I was told as soon as I sat down that the position I applied for online and that i was there to interview for was not even available and that the position was posted in error. End of interview!

Was asked detailed questions about my work history and what my thoughts where at being a team leader and how I handled certain Issues at previous jobs.please describe a situation where you realized an employee was doing something wrong, and what you did. another question was: please describe a situation where you saw something unsafe. and what you did once you realized this situation.there was two(2) people asking these types of questions. i assume they will pick the best ones, and schedule 1 on 1 to determine who gets the job. will keep everyone informed.
