I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Feb 2012
Interview
I was interviewed on my university campus for a Facility Operation Manager Training position(Manufacturing Resource). The interview consisted of about 4 behavioral questions, like "why you choose your major?", " how do you motivate your team members?", "Tell about a time when you resolve a complex situation?". I did well on the second one, but not the first one. I think it was an easy interview question but didn't prepared for it. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and at the end of it, the interviewer told that I would hear back from them in couple weeks. Two weeks later, I received a phone called that they were not be able to proceed with me in the second interview.

how do you motivate your team members to achieve better result?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Nov 2011
Interview
I had a very positive experience interviewing at Frito Lay. First a brief phone interview, followed by a one-on-one interview with HR representative, and a panel interview with a total of eight managers from various departments. At the end, current employees working in this position took me and other 2 interviewees out to lunch in a nice restaurant.
It was a long but very informative interview.

Question 1
What is one thing you regret doing/not doing in the past?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Jacksonville, FL) in Feb 2012
Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter asking nothing about my experience. Asked questions like how many hours a week I work, how many people report to me, why I'm looking for a new position etc. Nothing about my experience. I got an email to set up this phone interview and couple days later was told I wasn't being considered. How can you say I'm not qualified if they didn't ask anything about my experience.
