The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (El Paso, TX) in Jun 2011
Interview
The hiring process began with a brief phone interview from the main corporate office HR department if I recall correctly. The phone call pretty much described the job that was being applied for just so we were on the same page about the job being applied for . The whole process was pretty good because of the updates via email on the interview status. I had a second in person interview with the sales manager at the local Pepsi office. The first part of the interview i was asked basic questions about why i wanted to join Pepsi and how the company could benefit from me and the second part i was then asked some situational questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Portland, OR) in Apr 2011
Interview
Very extensive interview process. Began with me submitting my resume online. Was then contacted for on campus interview. Chosen to move onto the next stage, via corporate interviews in California. Pepsico paid for all the travel and accommodation expenses. Day1: Pepsico managers presented the company. Day2: Given a thorough tour of a Pepsico plant, followed by 3 interviews with managers (situational, resume presentation, personality). Good experience.
