I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Summerville, SC) in Jan 2010
Interview
During the phone interview I was asked three questions which didn't seem to have much to do with the position. Actually I don't think the interviewer was listening as I could hear her typing. The 1:1 was similar. There were specific, structured questions which, in my opinion, didn't reflect my ability to "stock shelves". Nevertheless, I was offered a position. I suppose I at least answered those questions correctly. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. The office was dirty however this is a manufacturing environment. The management may be great however, I worked there for two months without any communication. This seemed odd due to the fact I was told that they have difficulty keeping people in this position. If that is the case, it would make sense to check in on your employees to ensure they are satisfied in their employment. I will continue to do this work until I can discover a better opportunity. I will not pursue advancement within this organization.

Question 1
I don't remember however it was something like, "Tell me a situation where you had to learn something new on a job in order to be successful". There were three similar or related such as "tell me about a situation where something didn't go right on the job" "What did you learn from that".

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Sep 2010
Interview
I was interviewed by a finance manager based in Chicago. Pepsico has a set of behavioral questions they must ask you before they get into more technical questions. She specifically asked what Pepsi's current stock price was and whether I thought it was undervalued or overvalued.
