I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo in May 2008
Interview
I was first interviewed on a Friday. Within 5 hours of the interview I was called to schedule a second interview and a route ride. I went on the route ride the following Friday and flew to Birmingham within two weeks for my second interview with the HR staff, RVP, and FVP. Within 5 days of returning to Arkansas I was called and offered a position.

Interview
I applied for the internship through my college career center. I had to send in my resume along with a cover letter. I was selected for an interview and interviewed on campus. The interview consisted of a number of behavioral questions as well as work experience questions. The hardest question was to describe an ethical dilemma that I have faced while on the job. The interview took roughly 30 minutes and seemed to go well, but I never heard back from them. They were unresponsive to follow up emails. I got the impression that the company requires long hours and 50+ hour weeks.

Interview
Well what can I say. Interviews were very long, I'd say about 3-4hrs long for first interviews which consisted of 8 people interviewing you. After that was I lucky enough to get called back for a work-with out of a large group that interviewed. The work with went very well. Then the day right after I received a huge offer, graduating top of my class in starting pay without a doubt. Amazing company overall. They have a unique program in training new young talent which not that many companies do. Dream job hands down, endless growth opportunities available.
