PepsiCo Mrchandiser interview questions

There was a phone interview to begin and then an in person interview. In the cases the representatives began by explaining the role you were interviewing for and answering any questions you had. The phone interview was more about your duties in the role and the in person interview looked more at the candidate and their qualities.

Interview started with a video. Followed by hands on demonstration. The video shows you how the job. Then you take the layout as detailed on the sheet and make stock the bottles on the rack. They say its not a pass or fail but you have 15 minutes to complete
