Applied online received a email a couple mins later scheduling a phone interview after the phone interview went well they scheduled a onsite person to person interview. Watched a 12 min video about the job and company after the video got asked a series of questions and then after a physical assessment

The hiring process started with a phone screen that asked the preliminary questions from the application to ensure you answered correctly, then your application is passed to the manager so they can pick who they want to interview. The interview is with you and two different managers with them going back and forth asking questions.
