I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Daytona Beach, FL) in Apr 2011
Interview
Background check, initial drug screen, short and to the point interview with one of the merchandiser managers, they let you know within about a week if you got the job and you can start immediately, very laid back and very respective because you are applying to be a workhorse for the company, and as long as you do your job the approach continues to be that way.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Once I had applied I received a phone a call. On this call I did a short questionnaire/interview. It was nothing to difficult. Just your basic background questions. Then received a phone call from the local facility to set up an in-person interview. I went in and answered some more in-dept questions that were job related. While at this interview I also performed a job skills test to assess my skills for the applied job.
