PepsiCo Mrchandiser interview questions

The interviewer was nice. Most of the questions were condescending and was kind of treated like I was stupid. Extensive questioning of my personal life and religion for some reason. Got the impression they were only looking for someone with a similar belief set as management.

Applied online and scheduled a phone interview for a few days later. Got a call from a Pepsi rep who basically told me about the position, requirements and asked if I was still interested. The rep then scheduled me for a face to face interview. The woman I interviewed with was really nice and professional. She first told me about the position, asked me to walk her through my employment history, then asked me some behavioral questions and the typical interview questions. The interview went really well. When the interview was completed, she told me I should receive an email regarding the next steps. About 5 days later, the Pepsi rep called me and offered me the position. She then scheduled me for a drug test which I had to complete within 48 hours of accepting the offer. I also had to give them permission to run a background check. Got a call yesterday saying everything cleared and I was given a start date. Cant wait to start!
