I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
I had an interview with 2 recruiters on my local Campus. Very positive experience, they were both extremely personable and made me feel comfortable and confident. They asked 5 behavioral questions so to prepare just have some experiences in mind that can relate to possible questions. I would also suggest to make sure you explain the what the situation was, the steps you took to overcome/solve the issue and the outcome of it.

Question 1
What was a time you "sold" a product to someone and what were the steps you took to convince them to use it?
Interviewed with many different people throughout the process. Mix of sales, HR and operations - all asking you very different questions. Gave you a lot of time to explain about yourself and your qualifications.

Question 1
Lots of situational questions (How would you handle if 'x' happened?)
I met a recruiter at my university career fair handed him my resume and he referred me the hiring team. Two weeks later I was offered an interview and had 48 hours to schedule a phone interview.
