PepsiCo Senior Manager interview questions

The first round was with HR, which was fine. The second round was with a newly promoted director, which was fine too. They made me go through a long winded pep+ questionnaire, which was okay if this came at the end but I had one more round with a man who wanted to do case interview. This was the most painful part of the process. What a waste of time the entire process was.
