PepsiCo Supply Chain Analyst interview questions

I originally had an interview last fall and they did not notify me until over a month later that I didn't get the position. This last spring, they attended the career fair and I spoke with them again, they set me up for an interview and call me the day before to tell me I am not allowed to interview again because they already denied me. I previously expected they wouldn't let me but took them a month to realize they made a mistake and they were fairly rude. The people have some sort of superiority complex and are not friendly.
