Interview
I got this phone interview through my University's job recruiting database. The interview lasted about 25 minutes and was pretty standard, no curveball questions. Questions are mostly behavioral and are based off of previous answers. PepsiCo is looking for leaders and team-oriented individuals. Afterwards, the interviewer gave me the opportunity to ask questions.

Interview
They came to the campus career fair where I then applied online. I interviewed on-campus in a 30 minute 2 - 1. Then I was invited for a site interview where I went through two interviews around 20 minutes long, one 2 -1 and a 1-1. This was followed by a production site tour.

The interview was behavioral based pertaining to situations one might encounter during the job. For example, how would you deal with someone older than you getting frustrated with you and in your face.

Interview
There were 3 parts: Resume Review Round, Interview Round, and then Tour of the Plant. In the resume review, all of the interviewees basically did an elevator pitch in front of each other and 2 recruiters. Then there was a 45 minute interview and then a tour of the plant.
