Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very friendly and casual interview. Rather than behavioural questions, I was informed about the role followed by casual conversation to see if I fit with the company
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Sacramento, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
The process included an initial phone interview which was followed up with an onsite interview with tour of the plant. I heard back fairly quickly (within the next week). Behavioral questions only, nothing technical at all.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Lawrence, KS) in Oct 2017
Interview
I had two interviewers and they really tried to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. this was a campus recruiting interview so maybe this is different but it was 30 mins long. they asked very situational questions.
