Interview
Applied through online portal. Got the call for interview after a few weeks. First interview was over telephone and primarily focused on behavioral questions. Second interview was at the Head Office in Lahore with the line manager. This consisted of discussing the resume, motivation for choosing Nestle and general supply chain definitions. Overall the process was quick, brief and relatively comfortable.

Interview
All questions were personality based questions. The interviewers want to know you and answer the questions honestly. They will see through any cookie cutter answers. Think about a lot of challenging circumstances you have been in.

Interview
I completed an online application and then was asked to interview on campus. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. There was a meet and greet session the evening before over a dinner. The campus recruiter as well as employees who would sit in on the interview attended.

I was asked a series of behavioral questions relating to teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. The interviewers also asked questions about experiences on my resume. The interview was conversational with interviewers relaying their experiences as well.
