Ghosting RH - inadmissible, d'autant plus pour une entreprise prônant les valeurs de la "convivialité". Une Talent Acquisition me contacte pro-activement pour prendre part à un processus de recrutement. Nous organisons rapidement un premier RDV d'une heure - l'entretien est assez classique et est centré sur mes expériences professionnelles. Elle me précise bien à la fin qu'elle reste joignable et dispo en cas de questions ou besoin d'info sur les avancées du process. Nous passons évidemment un moment parler des "valeurs" du groupe. Après un mail de remerciement jamais répondu et plusieurs tentatives dans les semaines suivants l'entretien pour prendre des nouvelles par mail, téléphone, et même texto, la RH s'évapore. Inadmissible et dommageable pour la réputation de l'entreprise. Savoir dire non proprement devrait être un pré-requis.
