This was by farone of the best interview processes I've ever had. Had 1 telephone interview with HR, 1 video interview with the manager and 1 with the regional director. They were all super friendly and it didn't really felt like an intervew process. Made it to the last step, but didn't get an offer. Yet I received a really good feedback from them which is something I don't see very often.
